Well to try something new (and to hopefully get you readers commenting on some blog articles) I came up with this little monthly article called "Claps and Slaps" in which we find the positive and negative things about a subject. Confused? Just read on and it will make sense.
Claps to...
AM2 is my favorite Sega development studio. They know how to keep that arcade look and feel intact! A+
Virtua Fighter is by far the best fighting game there is! Tekken, DOA, Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter are all very cool fighting-themed party games though!
Virtua Fighter is defiantly a deeper, smarter, fighter game. Defiantly the best of any fighter game out there. Too bad it never caught on here in the U.S, due to the fact that people have short attention spans and like flash over class.
You want juggles, you play Tekken
You want some impressive vistas*cough*and blazing gameplay, you play DoA
You want battles with a delicate balance of a game of chess, you play VF.
Virtua Fighter- the REAL 3D fighting game.
I just bought this game yesterday on 360, El Blaze is amazing.
too bad tekken 6 is SHIT, and im no fanboy, i've never played a VF before (only ever played tekken) and tekken 6 is as bad as tekken 4, a flop, time to go to VF5
Slaps to...
"Virtua fighter is so boring!! DoA, Tekken, Street Fighter, soul calibur, and MK any other fighting games i may have missed are unique and have their own thing while Vf is just bland."
"this game is slower than the first tekken game...this is for oldies"
the fighter in the right is a copy of a tekken 5 and tekken 6 character...copycats VIRTUA FIGHTER SUCKS
wtf looks just like the last one, just better graphics, i saw maybe like 1 or 2 new strikes, thats IT..lame, esp for like a $60 tag
VF gets beaten by Tekken,SF,DOA anyday event Toshindin hah
this game is a piece of shit...game play sucks
this game couldn't even stand in the shadow of tekken the combos are silly. it seems they only pay attention to graphics and not the game play...please don't bring out part 6 end it now...
